“The delivery of the session kept me interested at all times”
“Best training so far”
“Great presenter; good to make things she spoke about ready to use straightaway”
“Great resources; great deliverer”
“I would be very happy to have another training session with Justine – I found her approach very positive”
Lincoln College is an Ofsted Grade 1 listed institution. The training session, entitled ‘Positive Discipline’, equipped lecturers with tried-and-tested strategies to manage behaviour in groups of post-16 learners. Participants had the opportunity to make artefacts to facilitate behaviour management strategies in their teaching (below.)
The content of the training emphasises the importance of prevention in behaviour management and centres on five key themes: prevention, caring, organisation, cooperation and community. You can read more about the ideas in the training session here.
Tiger Education and Training provides systems, training, knowledge and experience to training providers, universities and further education colleges.
