Justine Drury

Justine DruryAs Director of Tiger Education and Training, Justine leads the company’s engagements with training providers and further education colleges in the Midlands. She is passionate about new educational models and builds partnerships between schools, colleges and alternative learning providers to realise better teaching, learning and student engagement. Justine was formerly Head of School at the 14-19 arm of South Nottingham College, SNC Education, and now teaches for two days a week at an 11-18 comprehensive school in Nottinghamshire in addition to her work with the company.

Justine has fifteen years experience in teaching and management roles in secondary and further education, and has studied pedagogy in the USA. Her training combines well researched and realistic ideas of teaching theory with practical strategies that practitioners can take into the classroom. Clients value her ability to engage with and motivate practitioners to improve their pedagogy, and her boundless energy and commitment.

Justine holds a PGCE (QTS) in secondary education and NPQH – the nationally recognised qualification for headteachers.
